Vicky Hadley Bikini Fitness Model
Bikini fitness model Vicky Hadley talks to Sundried about life in fitness and how she manages to live with a host of different food allergies.
Tell us about your journey to fitness? Where did it all start?
My journey into fitness started a few years ago as I wanted to heal my body from illnesses and food allergies. I am now a bikini and fitness model. I placed top 5 in my first two competitions this year and am looking to compete again this year to hopefully move into the top 3
What are your training goals now?
To improve on my body shape from last year whilst keeping myself in a healthy and happy place.
Tell us one unusual fact we wouldn’t know about you:
I'm allergic to almost EVERYTHING. Gluten, nuts, dairy and soy!
What would future you, tell yourself when you were starting out?
Keep going and don't worry so much - it will all pay off and you will look back at yourself and be amazed at how far you've come in such a short time.
Do you follow a specific nutrition plan? If so, what/when do you eat?
Yes, I have to eat allergy-friendly and I try to eat a mostly plant-based healthy diet - but a gluten-, dairy- and nut-free diet is my first priority.

What do you do to keep your clients motivated? Do you have any top tips to keep motivated?
I am equally as excited about my clients' journeys as I am about my own. I phone them, message them, even outside our sessions - my clients become my friends and I always tell them WE will get them where they want to be!
Track your food and don't stress - it makes everything worse, put on your favourite dance song and go smash your workout!
Talk us through your training regime.
I do around 5 weight training sessions a week. 3x lower body workouts - working on growing my glute muscles. 2x upper body workouts (a push day and a pull day) plus one-two half an hour light cardio or yoga sessions.
How do you keep your fitness knowledge up to date?
I qualified as a level 3 PT and am constantly blogging and reading up on all things health, fitness and nutrition. Plus I want to do some more courses this year!
What are your top 3 trainer tips?
- You are what you eat.
- Stop wishing for it and work for it!
- Enjoy the process not just the results.
If you could only do one workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A leg workout.
What are your training goals?
To lean up whilst growing muscle mass and keeping my womanly curves.
Why work with Sundried?
