What To Wear To Yoga
So you've finally taken the plunge and signed up for your first yoga class. But what do you wear? We're here to give you the dos and don'ts of what to wear for yoga class.
Yoga pants
The first thing you'll want is a pair of comfortable womens yoga leggings. We recommend you go for a seamless pair as these are the most likely to be comfortable and not chafe as you move and twist into all your new yoga positions.
High waisted yoga pants are very popular at the moment as they won't slip down as you move and will give added coverage if your top comes up as you lift your arms. The Sundried Ruinette Capris tick all the boxes here as they are seamless and made from premium Portuguese fabrics which won't chafe. They are high-waisted and designed with a compression-style fit so they'll hold you in at all the right places and give you good coverage. They are so comfortable you probably won't want to take them off!
Loose yoga tops
Next up is a loose flowing yoga top. You'll want to look as good as you feel which means wearing a stylish top with your sports bra peeking out from underneath. Try layering the Sundried Grivola 2.0 over the Sundried Breithorn 2.0 crop top sports bra. The Grivola 2.0 is made from recycled coffee grounds which means you can go to your yoga class knowing that you've helped to save the environment with your purchase.
Yoga shorts
If Bikram is more your thing, you'll want to opt for a pair of yoga shorts rather than women's leggings as you're sure to work up a sweat! The Sundried Les Rouies shorts are 2-in-1 meaning they have a compression-fit inner short as well as a looser outer short for added coverage and protection. They come in a short design meaning you will have full freedom of movement during your class.
