Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags intact.
Orders made within the UK are eligible for free returns. There will be a free returns label inside your package. If you cannot find it, you can download a new one from this page: https://www.sundried.com/pages/free-returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at customerservices@sundried.com.
