How to take your measurements
Getting the right fit means you can get the most out of our activewear and your performance.
Chest - Place a tape measure around the widest part of the chest. This is usually around nipple height. Ensure the tape measure lies flat and has a little slack.
Waist - To measure your waist you want to find your natural waistline. Firstly, relax, take a deep breathe and then exhale. Your natural waistline sits between the bottom of your ribs and your hip bones, for most people, around the stomach button. Allow for a little slack with this measurement, you want to be able to breathe freely during tough workouts.
Hip - To take your hip measurements, find the widest part of your hips and place the tape flat. Ensure the tape isn’t sagging around your glutes, they’re part of the measurement.
Inside leg - To measure your inside leg stand with your trainers on, feet shoulder width apart. Measure from the top of your inside leg, down to your ankle (it can be useful to have someone else do this for you). Measure both legs as most people have one leg longer than the other.
Sundried Garments are designed with a flattering, streamlined silhouette which offers a slim fit with 4 way stretch which adapts to your body. The clothing should fit comfortably, like a second skin.
